Gesture Synth is maintained by an independent developer, and every message reaches the person who actually works on the tool. The fastest way to reach us is email:
We read every message and typically reply within a few days. You do not need an account to contact us, and we only use your address to answer your message.
Reporting a bug or camera issue
If hand tracking, sound, or recording is not working for you, the troubleshooting guide and the camera help page solve the most common cases. If they do not, email us and include:
- Your browser and version (for example, Chrome 131 or Safari 18)
- Your device and operating system
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- Whether keyboard mode works on the same device
Those four details are usually enough for us to reproduce the problem and fix it in a following release.
Corrections and guide feedback
Our guides are written from the actual behavior of the shipped product. If you find a sentence that no longer matches the live tool, an outdated screenshot, or a step that is unclear, tell us which page it is on and we will correct it.
Privacy requests
Questions about browser storage, analytics choices, or data deletion are covered by the Privacy Policy. For anything not answered there, email us from the address concerned and we will handle the request directly.
